§ 11-155. Emergency powers.

  • If a situation exists which poses a serious or imminent threat to the health, safety or welfare of the public need and convenience, the administrator shall have such temporary emergency powers as are necessary to remedy the situation. These temporary powers are intended to provide interim solutions until the board meets to resolve the emergency situation.
