§ 17-107. Revocation.

(a)

Permits issued under this division shall be revoked for any violation of this article or of the state law or of regulations of the state fire marshal or of federal law or regulations cited herein.

(b)

In addition to any other penalty, any person who violates the provisions of this article or the conditions and limitations imposed in a permit shall be deemed to have violated this article and the permit may be revoked by the building official; provided an appeal may be filed pursuant to section 17-106.
