§ 1-1. How Code designated and cited.

Latest version.

The ordinances contained in the following chapters and sections shall constitute and be designated as the "Monroe County, Florida, Code of Ordinances." Such Code may also be cited as the "Monroe County Code." The Code consists of parts I and II.
