§ 26-38. Fee schedule.

Latest version.

A fee schedule shall be developed by the county, in collaboration with the mooring field manager, based on actual costs of operations, management and maintenance. The fee schedule shall be approved by resolution of the board of county commissioners and included in any agreement between the manager and the county.
