§ 26-69. Purpose.

It is the purpose of this section of this Code to define areas that have or may have vessel-restricted zones. These zones may be idle speed/no wake areas, slow speed/minimum wake areas, motorboat restricted areas, or areas in which a vessel is restricted, including, but not limited to, boat size, speed, or activity.
