§ 2-175. Establishment of the county attorney's office.

  • There is hereby established the office of the county attorney. The office of the county attorney shall be directly responsible to the board of county commissioners (the board), and shall be independent of and not subject to the supervision or authority of the county administrator. All prior actions of the board relating to the office of the county attorney are hereby ratified and reaffirmed.
