§ 2-262. Volunteer ambulance services.

(a)

The board of county commissioners is hereby authorized to budget and expend county funds for the education, training, and individual licensing fees for members of each of the volunteer ambulance services in the county, and for the purchasing of equipment for the ambulance services.

(b)

Before any funds are expended under the provisions of this section, the expenditures must be approved by a majority of the board of county commissioners.
