§ 2-401. Same—Meetings and actions.

(a)

Meetings. Meetings of the county comprehensive plan land authority advisory committee shall be held at least monthly and at the call of the chair or upon the request of three members of the advisory committee. All meetings shall be open to the public, and notice of such meetings shall be given as required for the meetings of the board of county commissioners.

(b)

Quorum and voting. A majority of the advisory committee shall constitute a quorum, and the affirmative vote of a majority of those members present shall be required to take official action.

(c)

Expenses and compensation. Members of the advisory committee shall receive $100.00 per meeting, not to exceed two meetings per month for necessary expenses; and no additional reimbursement for expenditures shall be allowed.
