§ 4-5. Areas of enforcement.

Pursuant to article VIII, section 1 of the Constitution of the State of Florida, the board may enforce this chapter throughout the unincorporated areas of the county, and within the incorporated areas of the county to the extent the chapter does not conflict with any municipal ordinance.
