§ 6-32. Working through a stop work order.

  • If any person or entity is found by the contractors examining board to violate this chapter by continuing to perform work subsequent to the issuance of a stop work order/red tag, the contractors' examining board may take such action as it deems necessary and proper to cease such activity, up to, and including a six-month suspension of the permit pulling privileges of any contractor performing such work.
