§ 110-7. Actions by Decision-Making Persons and Bodies.

(a)

Generally. All decision-making persons and bodies shall act in accord with time limits established in this Land Development Code. Action shall be taken as promptly as possible in consideration of the interests of the citizens of the county.

(b)

Findings. All decisions shall be in writing and adopted by resolution and shall include at least the following elements:

(1)

A summary of the information presented before the decision-making body;

(2)

A summary of all documentary evidence provided to the decision-making body or which the decision-making body considered in making its decision; and

(3)

A clear statement of specific findings of fact and a statement of the basis upon which such facts were determined, with specific reference to the relevant standards set forth in this Land Development Code.

(c)

Notification. Notification of a decision-making body's decision, by copy of the resolution, shall be mailed by the Planning Director to the applicant by certified mail.
