§ 11-156. Rules and regulations.

(a)

The administrator is hereby authorized to prepare such rules and regulations necessary to carry out the purpose of this article and shall present these rules and regulations for the consideration by the board of county commissioners at a public hearing.

(b)

The board shall consider recommendations from municipalities within its jurisdiction.

(c)

The board may adopt and subsequently amend rules and regulations adopted herein by motion, at its biweekly public meeting, provided notice of the proposed change is given by publication not less than one week prior to consideration by the board.
